How do I create a Zip file?


Creating a Zip file using Mac OSX
  1. Find your existing job folder.
    (collect/package folder)

  2. Select the folder to highlight it.

  3. Under File select "Create Archive" from menu.

  4. The resulting zip file is a compressed file containing your document and collected support files (images, graphics, fonts, etc..)




Creating a Zip file using Windows XP
  1. Find your existing job folder.
    (collect/package folder)

  2. Right mouse click on your job folder. Under Send To select "Compressed (zipped) Folder"

  3. The resulting zip file is a compressed file containing your document and collected support files (images, graphics, fonts, etc..)
